Detailed Itinerary Rajmachi Firefly Festival 2025

Day 01-—Saturday 

• NOTE: Mumbai people  - Catch 11019 Konark EXPRESS Departing from CSTM at 02:00 PM
• NOTE: Pune People - Catch the Local Train from Pune Station at 3.00 PM
• NOTE: Khopoli to Lonavala share taxi available. You come by local train and then use this option 

Meeting Point—Lonavala Railway station Platform No. 1 near ticket counter, i.e Exit Gate
What if we say we got Sleeper tickets for you, One-way only
you just need to Board the Train from CSMT/Dadar/Thane

02.10 PM:- DADAR
02.30 PM: THANE
02.50 PM:- KALYAN
04.30 PM:- LONAVALA

04.40 pm – Meet Leader at Lonavala Station near the ticket counter and Wait for Jeep to come
Please be patient,as on weekends jeep takes time to receive you 
05.00 pm  – Move to Rajmachi Fireflies Festival Village via jeep 
Enjoy a bumpy and Dumpy Jeep ride to Rajmachi Fort
07.30 pm—Reach Rajmachi Fireflies Festival and freshen up.
08.00 pm – Settle Down and enjoy Gupshup with friends
                   Enjoy Fireflies in the Jungle till dinnertime.
09.30 pm—Dinner.
                   After dinner again night walk for Fireflies around the lake under the sky
11.30 pm – Retire for the day

Day 2: Sunday

06:00 am—Wakeup call get fresh and have Breakfast with hot tea/coffee
06:30 am – Trek to Shrivardhan Fort.
09:00 am—Back to the base village and enjoy breakfast.
10.00 am—Start our Return Journey Back to Lonavala by Local Transport
12:30 pm – Reach Lonavala and catch the train
04:00 pm – Reach Mumbai/Pune
 

Booking Procedure:

• Click on the "BOOK NOW" button.

• Further details about the trip will be shared on that WhatsApp group 1 day prior to the trip.

Health & Fitness:

For instant energy, carry glucose powder, energy drinks, or chocolates. Though trekking is a fun-filled activity, it demands a good amount of physical fitness. If you are under medication, please carry your medicines. During the trek, leaders will have over-the-counter medication for temporary treatment, so do give a heads-up to them if you need any medical assistance. 

Monsoon Precautionary Measures:

• Use trekking shoes with a good grip to avoid slipping.
• Take precautions against bugs. 
• Carry first aid & necessary gear.
• Protect your valuable items like cameras, phones, IDs, etc., with an extra plastic cover, and then put them in your bag. 
• Keep in touch with a friend and family member.
• It is important to make note of all emergency contacts and numbers.

Tips :

• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried so that one has one's hands free while trekking.
• Please do not carry sling bags or jholas. Avoid wearing gold and other ornaments.
• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited.

• Avoid wearing precious Jewelry while trekking, as Book My trek and tours won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
• Consuming liquor or any kind of alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
• Dear Rangers, always remember SHOES are your best companions on a trek! Please wear a good pair of trekking shoes and not sports or running shoes. Make sure they are durable and firm enough to withstand tough conditions. You can carry floaters to wear only after the trek is completed. Feel free to contact the trek leader before the trek in case of any confusion.

  Cancellation Policy:

• 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
• Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If Trek gets canceled, we will refund the "Trek Amount" only.
