6:00 AM: Meet our leader at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dadar East.

9:40 AM: Enjoy a delicious breakfast
10:00 AM – Visit the Sunflower Fields – Wander through endless golden blooms, take stunning photos, and soak in the sunshine.
10:30 AM: Explore the Nursery & Polly House
11:00 AM: Experience a tractor ride to the farm
12:00 PM – Dive into fun activities:

  • Rockpool Fun
  • Fog Dance Party
  • Mud Bath Adventure

1:30 PM: Enjoy village-style lunch
2:30 PM: Treat yourself to tasty Watermelon Ice Cream
3:00 PM: Enjoy indoor & outdoor games (archery, tile painting, etc.)
3:30 PM: Join fun games conducted by our host
5:00 PM: Relish authentic village-style refreshments
5:30 PM: Check out & depart with sweet memories!

Booking Procedure:

  • Click on the "BOOK NOW" button.
  • Select your date & proceed.
  • Select the number of tickets. (If you have a coupon code, apply at this stage.)
  • Fill in our personal details and proceed.
  • Select your payment type (UPI, debit card, or card) and proceed.
  • Once your tickets are booked, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp on your number. 
  • A WhatsApp group will be made, and you will be added to the group one day prior to departure. 
  • Further details about the trip will be shared on that WhatsApp group 1 day prior to the trip.

Step 2: After payment, you will be requested to fill out the mandatory disclaimer form online, where you have to fill in relevant details, including your complete address.

Step 3: Now that your participation is confirmed, the organizer will create a WhatsApp group on the event day for coordination, We will coordinate through SMS or phone if the participant is not available in WhatsApp.

Things to Carry

- Drinking water at least 2 liters
- Rucksack to carry all things. ( No handbags/jholas)
- Sports Shoes/Trekking Shoes (Compulsory)
- Extra Pair of Clothes 
- Camera (Optional)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of payment is 100% refundable. (Not applicable on payments made before or less than 36 hours of the event.). Only 20% will be refunded in this case.)
  • If cancellation is done prior to 10 days of outing, 90% is refundable.
  • If cancellation is done prior to 6 days of outing, 60% will be refunded.
  • If done prior to 3 days of outing, 30% will be refunded
  • After that, no refund will be provided.
