Day 1: Night Departure To Visapur Trek 2025

10:30 PM – Meet our trek leader at Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Borivali (East) and leave for the base village.

Pickup Points Along the Route:
11:10 PM – Sion Lunch House, Sion Station
11:20 PM – K Star Mall, Chembur East
11:55 PM – Vashi Below Main Bridge

Day 2: Trek & Exploration

04:30 AM – Arrive at Base Village, take a rest
05:30 AM – Breakfast & Introduction Session
06:00 AM – Start the trek towards Visapur Fort
09:30 AM – Reach the top, explore the fort, enjoy scenic views
10:30 AM – Start the descent back to the base village
12:30 PM – Reach the base village and freshen up
01:00 PM – Lunch
02:00 PM – Depart for Mumbai
06:00 PM – Arrive back in Mumbai (tentatively)

Booking Procedure:

• Carry energy drinks, glucose powder, or chocolates for instant energy
• Maintain a basic level of fitness for an enjoyable trek

• Our team will carry basic first-aid supplies for assistance

Mansoon Precaution Measures:

• Use trekking shoes with a good grip to avoid slipping.
• Take precautions against bugs.
• Carry first aid & necessary gear.
• Protect your valuable items like cameras, phones, IDs, etc., with an extra plastic cover and then put them in your bag.
• Keep in touch with a friend and a family member.

Tips:

• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried so that one has one's hands free while trekking.
• Please do not carry sling bags or Jholas. Avoid wearing gold and other ornaments.
• Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited.

• Save emergency contacts before departure

Important:

• Avoid wearing precious jewellery while trekking, as Book My Treks and Tours won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
• Consuming liquor or any kind of alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
• Dear Rangers, always remember SHOES are your best companions on a trek! Please wear a good pair of trekking shoes and not sports or running shoes. Make sure they are durable and firm enough to withstand tough conditions. You can carry floaters to wear only after the trek is completed. Feel free to contact the trek leader before the trek in case of any confusion.

Cancellation Policy:

• 75 % refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date.
• Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If Trek gets canceled, we will refund the "Trek Amount" only

• Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
• A detailed schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants on the WhatsApp group.
• Organizers have the right to modify or change the schedule if required.
• Organizers hold the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
• We strictly follow a no alcohol, no drugs, and no litter policy.
